Fun Pictures From Temple Square

After a tour of Welfare Square we took a quick trip to Temple Square with Erik's family when they were in town for graduation.

Don't they look happy?

Our Trip to Colorado

After graduation Erik and I set out for another adventure. I woke up with a bad cold and we almost canceled our trip to Colorado but I stuck it out. It was about an eight hour drive to Littleton where we stopped for a visit with Erik's aunt Becky and uncle Eric. We enjoyed a nice evening dinner on their patio and had a good visit. Thanks Becky and Eric! Our next stop was to see Heather and Dan and to meet their new baby. Heather was so excited for us to meet Quintin that she ran us into his room late at night, and fortunately for us he was wide awake. He is so cute!

Heather and Dan took us on a few small hikes to show us the fun adventures in Colorado. Dan showed Erik his fun rock climbing courses and Heather and I caught up on good old times.

On our way out of town we stopped by the Air Force Academy to see the famous chapel. The Chapel is made out of aluminum with 17 spires, 12 representing the apostles and 5 representing the joint chiefs of staff. We had a blast in our whirlwind trip in Colorado!
